The Self Centred Sisterhood is a 12 week transformational experience for women - Seeking permission to self actualise their dream life. - Ready to cast off shame. - Tired of living on other people's clocks. - Ready to reclaim and live by their natural rhythms in alignment with their truest self. - Ready to let go out others expectations. - Needing a nervous system reset. - Seeking energetic clarity and decisiveness. - Who want to connect to their inner knowing and be empowered to make choices that serve themselves FIRST. This program consists of twelve one to one coaching sessions (a mix of in person and virtual), twelve micro coaching sessions, weekly self paced practises and guidance, a community of like minded women, and two luxury grounding experiences.
